Wounded Warrior Battalion West @ USC Spring Practice
USC Football has partnered with Project:Hollywood Cares for the last 10 years in supporting the Wounded Warrior Battalion West and two other special military units. Marines enjoy touring the athletic facilities, watching spring practice, meeting players and coaches, and having dinner at training table with the team.
Dinner and a Play
Partnering with the Geffen Playhouse and the Gary Sinise Foundation, PHC was able to provide twelve special Sunday theater nights for our returning servicemen, women, and Veterans.
Plays such as: Long Days Journey Into Night, Stage Kiss, Big Sky, Barcelona, Outside Mullingar, Hershey Felder as Irving Berlin, Slowgirl, The Power of Duff, The Birthday Party, Reasons to be Pretty, Bad Jews, Yes Prime Minister, Choir Boy, American Buffalo, Wait Until Dark, These Paper Bullets, and more…

In conjunction with our Television Academy screener donation program, Project: Hollywood Cares fundraising efforts bring financial supporters to the Emmy Awards and Governors Ball every year.
Brooke Army Medical Center Visit
The San Antonio hospital is the second largest facility in the military medical command. BAMC includes the military's only Burn Center for the special treatment of wounded servicemen and women.
Mixed Martial Arts Tournament
Active duty military, Veterans, and their guests were provided complimentary tickets to attend four event nights at an MMA tournament hosted by the Los Angeles Memorial Stadium.
Entertainment Tonight
Holiday Parties and Special Visits
Project:Hollywood Cares military guests have enjoyed a half dozen special holiday events with ET here at CBS over the years. Show visits, the ladies of The Talk, gift bags, the taping of ET and this special day ends with a big turkey dinner & all the fixings.
The Academy's Television Honors awards launched roughly the same time as Project:Hollywood Cares. As an initial committee member, special military guest tables were provided for three outstanding programs.

Visits
Entertainment libraries were provided across the country to several Fisher Houses which provide living accommodations to the families of Veterans undergoing lengthy medical treatment.
Project: Hollywood Cares joined with USC for a night of Trojan basketball and dinner at McKay’s.
Valentines Day Dinner
The Gamma Phi Beta chapter at USC has been kind enough to host multiple valentines day fundraiser dinners to come along side us and our efforts with the troops!
