How to Donate your Screeners
We accept screeners from individual Academy members only. Usual donation at this time (now with 22,000 voting members) is limited to two to three boxes or bags per member email, - unless other arrangements have been made. If not a member, please convey this information to the Television Academy member who then must email us themselves. Our charity needs to put a face on the screener donation with members supporting our multiple charity missions by volunteering, providing intern referrals, swag gifts for the troops, or donating funds for the large expense of sending their screeners around the world. Member information has nothing to do with tracking watermarked screeners, - its about supporting our nonprofit efforts.
We also accept and provide the troops with feature films, music CDs, comic novels, swag gifts and video games in our popular entertainment libraries, which you might consider donating.
If the member decides to participate, we will set up a convenient drop off time for the member or an assistant here at CBS Studio Center entering thru the Colfax Street Gate C off Ventura Blvd. When appointments are confirmed, we will contact security for drive on/drop off pass & parking right next to our convenient building location by the gate. Drop offs must be cleared thru CBS Security at a specific date/time. You can then bring your bags/boxes up (pack lightly) to the second floor of the old Supply Station Building located right next to the gate. If mailing or sending by courier prior approval is needed before shipments can be accepted here at PHC thru the studio gates or the mail room. Dump offs end up being just that!
CBS Studio Center has been very supportive of our charity here on the lot. Therefore, donations cannot be left at the studio gates, made thru the mail room or studio employees not in your department or left downstairs with the CBS staff who operate the Supply Station per the posted studio signs. We appreciate your cooperation with these procedures.
